Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using OG Fit. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions, and breaching it may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your account.

1. General principle

OG Fit is a personal training log for a single individual. Use it for your own fitness tracking, lawfully, and in a way that does not harm other users, the service, or any third party.

2. Prohibited conduct

2.1 Security and integrity

You must not:

  • attempt to access, read, modify or delete data belonging to another user;
  • bypass, disable or probe authentication or the Firestore security rules that isolate each account's data;
  • perform vulnerability scanning, penetration testing or load testing without our prior written permission;
  • introduce malware, worms, logic bombs or any malicious code;
  • launch denial-of-service attacks or otherwise degrade the availability or performance of the service;
  • interfere with backups, logging or monitoring.

2.2 Technical misuse

You must not:

  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • scrape, crawl, mirror or harvest the App or its exercise library using automated tools;
  • use scripts, bots or emulators to generate artificial workouts, streaks or statistics;
  • circumvent rate limits, quotas or usage restrictions;
  • resell, sublicense, white-label or otherwise commercially exploit the App or its content.

2.3 Content

You must not upload, store or transmit content that is:

  • unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or sexually exploitative;
  • hateful, harassing, threatening, or that incites violence or discrimination;
  • infringing of copyright, trade marks, privacy or other rights;
  • confidential or personal information about another person submitted without their consent;
  • deliberately false or misleading, including impersonating another person.

2.4 Harmful health use

You must not use OG Fit:

  • to provide medical, clinical, diagnostic or regulated healthcare services to others;
  • to promote, coach or facilitate disordered eating, dangerous cutting protocols, unsafe rapid weight loss, or the misuse of performance-enhancing or prohibited substances;
  • to encourage minors to undertake unsafe training.

2.5 Accounts

You must not create accounts by automated means, maintain multiple accounts to evade limits or bans, share your account with others, or sell or transfer your account.

3. Reporting

Report abuse, security vulnerabilities or content concerns to app@ogfit.pro. For suspected security issues, please include enough detail to reproduce, give us a reasonable period to remediate before public disclosure, and do not access or modify data that is not your own. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge legitimate reports.

4. Enforcement

Depending on severity and context we may: issue a warning, remove offending content, restrict features, suspend the account, terminate the account permanently, or report the matter to law enforcement. We aim to act proportionately, and where practicable we will tell you the reason and give you an opportunity to respond by writing to us.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP as new forms of misuse emerge. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
